Upgrade, support, develop and expand the current roster of leadership in the field.

Raise the level of training for management and staff, across the board; "professionalizing" the field in a very real sense, and making the need for such trained camp leadership nationally recognized.
Develop leadership programs for the staff of Jewish camps, engaging counselors and developing their skills earlier; placing them on the path to become exceptional Directors, should that be an aspiration.
Upgrade and expand the participation by community leaders in growing the camp movement, and the effectiveness of each individual camp by developing extensive camp lay leaders.
