The Foundation for Jewish Camp Leaders Assembly 2008 took place on March 9 and 10 at the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City, New Jersey. We drew nearly 500 attendees from all walks of Jewish life-camp professionals, lay leaders, communal professionals, and funders-together for an enlightening and empowering two days.

With our theme of IMAGINE as a springboard, the plenary presentations and sessions produced fresh ideas and innovative strategies to improve the experiences of the 70,000 children currently attending nonprofit Jewish overnight camps in North America, and imagined the solutions that would enable more Jewish children to benefit from transformative summers at camp.
